DronePort Connects is our recurring invite-only event series where we bring together our partners and key stakeholders who are active in the strategic development and implementation of autonomous and uncrewed systems (AUS).

Our first edition delives into Port Security & Resilience: New Opportunities, Risks and the Role of Autonomous Systems, exploring how emerging technologies, including AUS, impact the security and resilience of ports as critical infrastructure.

In collaboration with other European ports, DroneHorizon reinforces Rotterdam’s role in developing and integrating autonomous systems, supporting technologies, policy, and workforce development for a more resilient and efficient future.

World Port Days is the biggest annual maritime event in the Netherlands. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people take a peek behind the scenes of Europe’s biggest port: Rotterdam.

This year, DronePort Rotterdam, the World Port Days and Platform Zero, co-organize the Innovation Dock, where visitors can explore autonomous and uncrewed systems, sustainable energy solutions, national security applications, and smart digital infrastructure. Visitors can see live demonstrations, engage with experts, and learn about innovations impacting the future of the port.
